This is a big problem for some people--and me, because I answer EVERY email I receive. When my reply is not received, most people get upset, thinking I'm ignoring them. I'm not, of course. If you haven't received your information it is because many email hosts often have legitimate email or attachments blocked through their anti-spam filters.

SUGGESTION: If you have a choice, don't use free or web-based email hosts like Hotmail, Yahoo!, MSN, and particularly AOL and GMail (exceptions are if you cannot get me mail any other way, use these as a last resort). These hosts have the most stringent spam filters available, and they even filter out my newsletters that you've signed up for! It could be because the word "lotto" appears a few times in the email and they mistook the message for spam. However most of these free email programs allow you to separate out spam into a bulk folder, so check it first.

Q. I'm getting your LOTTO-TIPS newsletter, so you must be able to get my emails!
A. Many people wonder why they're getting the LOTTO-TIPS newsletter but not my emails with their information. That's because the newsletter emails come from a different internet provider. Because of the crazy spam situation these days, one host is often blocked and the other not. For that reason I send other replies out through different hosts too, in order to try and get them through for you.

One of the main reasons people email me is that they haven't have received their product. The real problem why they haven't got the product is answered below. So keep reading:

Q. Ken, I haven't received your product online yet. I ordered it x hours/ days ago, and I'm waiting still. Where is it?
A. The most likely reason is that you didn't see the link on the payment page after you filled in your credit card details. For ClickBank it will say: "CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER"

Check your email to see if you've received the confirmation they send you. Use the information there to retrieve the download instructions.

If you ordered through the manual system I provide for credit cards, use the Support Form below. I'll check your payment has gone through, then send your information to you.

Or... Your internet host (these are the companies like AOL, Yahoo, MSN and Hotmail which handle your email account), have BLOCKED the information getting back to you. Why? It could be because the word "lotto" appears a few times in the email and they mistook the message for spam. It's very annoying for both of us. Check your "Blocked email" or "Deleted" folders.

Q. Ken, my PDF file won't open. Or I've lost it in my computer. Why do you use such complicated things anyway!
A. The PDF file is best overall for quality and ease of printing. And it can be opened with a Mac too, unlike those clumsy .EXE files which some email hosts block completely. It's easy to use once you have it set up. Here's what to do:

Q. When I tried to open your PDF file, I got a message like "This file is damaged and not a PDF file..."
A. That simply means you've tried opening it through your web browser. Try opening Acrobat Reader and then opening the file through the top menu: FILE > OPEN

Q. Why do you use PDF anyway! Why not sell it as a hardcopy book?
A. PDF is short for Portable Document File from Adobe (www.adobe.com). This online method means you get the manual almost instantly. It is a great way to view the Silver Lotto System manual either onscreen through the free Acrobat Reader, or you can print it out as a top quality book. Get the free Acrobat Reader here:

Some mail takes a while, maybe longer than the 5-7 days that is normal. Some mail hasn't turned up for 3 weeks or more. Don't ask me why some postal services are faster than others. So just be patient... your mail will eventually get here.

A. None - they're identical except for the name which was changed at the beginning of 2007.

Q. Ken, will your Silver Lotto System work in my country?

Q. Is lotto the same as the lottery?
A. In most cases it is. Just check that your game has 5 - 7 balls and from 35 up to 69 numbers in a draw, and it will be covered by the Silver Lotto System. Don't worry if the balls include a Bonus Ball. We cover that in the system.

Q. Can I play Keno, or 3 or 4 ball games, with your system?
A. No, sorry. I just haven't had enough time to research these games. They can be played with my system... but I just haven't had time to crunch the numbers.

Q. Will your Silver Lotto System let me play Online Lottos?
A. Yes, if the combinations are the same as many lotto games, no problem.

Q. Do you give trial copies of your system so I can try it out first?
A. No, sorry. Quite a few people write and ask me to prove the success of my Silver Lotto System by sending them a free copy or allowing them to profit-share. (If they win, they promise to send me half their winnings. Right!)
